We issue a store credit for the full amount of your purchase. You can use this credit note to buy anything on our website.
We will notify you once your return is processed and your credit note is issued (within 1-2 business days).
The credit note will be valid for 1 year, so you have plenty of time to find something new you love!
A refund request can be submitted within 14 days from when your parcel is delivered.
In the case when the products are unused and with tags, you are eligible for a full refund on the product.
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs are handled by the customer.

For domestic orders, we provide free return pickups.
For international orders, customers need to send the parcel to our warehouse in Mumbai, India by opting and bearing expense for their choice of delivery method and partner. Please note tracking ID needs to be provided 7 days from when the return request is accepted.
To return an item, simply head over to the Orders Page on our website and initiate the process there.
While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can easily achieve this using our return policy. Simply return your original item and use the credit note you receive to purchase the new size you need.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it due to marketing, platform, payment gateway charges associated with each order. We do, issue refunds in the form of a credit note if the order is not shipped out.

If the parcel has not been issued for a return by the logistic team, we can reattempt a delivery to your address. If the order has been processed for a return we will subtract the delivery charge (in case of a free domestic delivery INR 300) and will issue a credit note of the remainder amount.
