RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you need to cancel your order, return an item, or exchange for a different size, we're here to help!

  • CANCELLATIONS

Changed your mind about an order? No problem! Just send us an email at mazikien@mazikien.com within 24 hours of placing your order. However, please note that this only applies if your order hasn't been shipped/ processed yet. If it's already on its way or being processed, you'll need to follow our standard return policy.

  • RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your Mazikien purchase! You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To return an item, simply head over to the Orders Page on our website and initiate the process there.

    • Return Conditions:

For your return to be accepted, please ensure your item meets the following conditions:

      • It's unworn and unused, with the original tags still attached.
      • It's in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    • Refunds & Credit Note:

At this time, Mazikien does not offer refunds on returns. Instead, you will receive a credit note for the full value of your returned item. This credit note can be used to purchase anything on our website! We'll notify you once your return is processed and your credit note is issued (typically within 7 days of receiving the returned item). The credit note will be valid for 1 year, giving you plenty of time to find something you love!

    • Exchanging for a Different Size:

While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can easily achieve this using our return policy. Simply return your original item and use the credit note you receive to purchase the new size you need.
