Changed your mind about an order? No problem! Just send us an email at wecare@mazikien.com within 24 hours of placing your order. However, please note that this only applies if your order hasn't been shipped/ processed yet. If it's already on its way or being processed, you'll need to follow our standard return policy.

We want you to be happy with your Mazikien purchase! You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To return an item, simply head over to the Orders Page on our website and initiate the process there.

For your return to be accepted, please ensure your item meets the following conditions:

• It's unworn and unused, with the original tags still attached.
• It's in the original packaging.

Mazikien does not offer cash refunds for returned items. Instead, we will issue you a store credit for the full amount of your purchase. You can use this credit to buy anything on our website. We will notify you once your return is processed and your credit is issued (within 1-2 business days). The credit will be valid for 1 year, so you have plenty of time to find something new you love!

While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can easily achieve this using our return policy. Simply return your original item and use the credit note you receive to purchase the new size you need.
