All orders are processed and shipped from our Mumbai warehouse.Orders placed before 11:00 AM IST typically ship within 2 business days, except for slight delays during sales or new product launches. For Express Delivery, orders placed before 11:00 AM IST ship on the same day.

We partner with the best logistic partners in the country.For standard shipping we generally use Delhivery and for express we use BlueDart, DTDC or Borzo (within Mumbai) depending on faster service. You can expect to receive your order within 4-6 business days on average post dispatch for standard delivery and 1-3 business days for express delivery. This timeframe may vary for standard shipping depending on your location, with some deliveries taking up to 10 business days. Additionally, anticipate potential delays in case of unexpected events such as heavy rainfall.

In the rare case of a missing package:
- If you do not receive your package and a delivery notification is sent to you from either Mazikien or our delivery partner, please report the issue within 72 hours of receiving the notification.
- This will allow us to promptly investigate the matter with our delivery partner and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

While tracking information might take up to 48 hours to appear, we offer multiple ways to stay informed. You'll receive notifications directly on WhatsApp as your order progresses, and our delivery partner will send you regular SMS updates on your package's journey. This ensures you're always informed, no matter your preferred notification method.
