We issue a store credit for the full amount of your purchase.
You can use this credit note to buy anything on our website. We will notify you once your return is processed and your credit note is issued (within 1-2 business days).
The credit note will be valid for 1 year, so you have plenty of time to find something new you love!
A refund request can be submitted within 14 days from when your parcel is delivered.
In the case when the products are unused and with tags, you are eligible for a full refund on the product.

Customers need to send the parcel to our warehouse in Mumbai, India by opting and bearing expense for their choice of delivery method and partner. Please note tracking ID needs to be provided 7 days from when the return request is accepted.
